Our Ohio grown birds live in a clean and safe cage free environment. We feed them our own locally produced, custom blended feed that includes no growth hormones, no antibiotics, no animal by-products or other additives - nothing but healthy, natural ingredients - and they are gluten free!
Winter CSA
For the months of November through April, we will be offering home CSA delivery. We are taking a limited number of subscriptions at this time. Deliveries will be made once each month for both full and half shares. Items will include a selection of the following: whole birds, cut up birds, boneless breasts, boneless thighs, bone-in thighs, split breasts, marinated items, eggs and a variety of our handmade sausages. Additionally, you will periodically receive recipes, new products and occasional extras to thank you for your support.
Pricing
Full Share $660
Sample full share: 2 whole chickens, 1 cut up bird, 2 packs of boneless breasts, one pound of ground chicken, two packages of sausage, and two dozen eggs.
Half Share $360
Sample half share: 1 whole chicken, one pack of boneless breasts, one pack of sausage, one pound of ground chicken, one dozen eggs.
Items will vary each month. We will respect your requests for items you do not wish to receive, as well as specific requests for items you do wish to receive with each share. Add-on items will be available as well, just let us know in advance of your delivery and we'll include it with your share. There will be turkeys available for inclusion in your November delivery.
