The meat is offered as minimally processed “whole-muscle” cuts. All of our sausages are gluten, preservative and filler free, and made by hand. As often as possible we use organic spices and fruits in our recipes. We also source local ingredients for our sausages.
We make our own feed from locally sourced grains and add an organic mineral and seaweed supplement. The feed consists of roasted soybeans, peas, corn, oats, spelt and flax meal.
