Our Ohio grown birds live in a clean and safe cage free environment. We feed them our own locally produced, custom blended feed that includes no growth hormones, no antibiotics, no animal by-products or other additives - nothing but healthy, natural ingredients - and they are gluten free!
Our Birds
We raise free-roaming, cage free, naturally fed (antibiotic, steroid and animal by-product free feed) cornish rock cross chickens.
Our Feed
We make our own feed from locally sourced grains and add an organic mineral and seaweed supplement. The feed consists of roasted soybeans, peas, corn, oats, spelt and flax meal.
Our Products
The meat is offered as minimally processed "whole-muscle" cuts. All of our sausages are gluten, preservative and filler free, and made by hand. As often as possible we use organic spices and fruits in our recipes. We also source local ingredients for our sausages.
